Samsung wanted to launch their latest Galaxy device with an in-store experience that would drive foot traffic and product engagement in key retail locations across Dubai.
The Challenge
Online phone sales were cannibalizing in-store traffic. Samsung needed to give customers a reason to visit physical retail — an experience they couldn't get online.
Our Solution
We created "Galaxy Portals" — AR installations in 15 retail locations that transported customers into immersive product demonstrations. Using custom AR mirrors, customers could see the phone's camera capabilities in action, visualize the device in different colors, and even take shareable AR selfies.
